Every week we’re picking a different food obsession — Asian, wine, vegan, coffee, burgers, Sonoran, more. Hit up any locally owned Tucson spot that fits the week, snap your receipt, and you’re in the running for that week’s prizes.

Each week has a theme. Visit any locally owned Tucson restaurant, café, bar, or food spot that fits. No required list — if it’s local and it fits the week, you’re good.

Upload your receipt

Snap a photo, pick the spot, you’re entered. Restaurant name, date, and total need to be visible.

Win prizes

Multiple winners every week. Gift cards, experiences, and other good stuff from our partners. We pick at random and announce on Tucson Foodie’s channels.

Enter up to 3 times a day — breakfast, lunch, dinner. Each receipt is a separate entry.

Winners every single week.

Weekly prizes are gift cards and experiences from our partner restaurants and sponsors. We pull 3–5 winners per week at random from that week’s entries.

  • Drawings happen at the end of each week
  • Winners announced on Tucson Foodie's social channels every Monday
  • Email notification within 3 business days
  • A user can only win one week per drawing — but you can win again in future weeks

Snap what you’re eating? Drop a photo too.

After you upload your receipt, you can add photos of dishes or drinks you had. Up to 5 per receipt. Doesn’t affect your entries — but if your photo is great, we might feature it in the Tucson Foodie app or on our channels with credit to you.

  • Natural light beats overhead restaurant lighting
  • Shoot from above or at a 45° angle
  • One item per photo
  • Skip the filters

Questions, answered.

  • How do I enter?
    Sign in, pick the restaurant you visited, upload your receipt photo. The receipt needs to show the restaurant name, date, and total.
  • How many times can I enter?
    Up to 3 receipts per day — one for each meal, basically. Different days throughout the week stack up.
  • What counts as a qualifying restaurant?
    Any locally owned Tucson spot that fits the week's theme. Restaurants, cafés, bars, coffee shops, food trucks, breweries, wine bars — if it's local and it fits, it counts.
  • How are winners picked?
    Random drawing from valid entries each week. 3–5 winners per week.
  • When will I know if I won?
    Winners are announced on Tucson Foodie's channels every Monday and notified by email within 3 business days.
  • Can I win more than once?
    You can win once per week, but yes, you can win in multiple different weeks across the campaign.
  • Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
    Yes for the receipt method. A no-purchase alternative is available — see Official Rules.
  • I'm a restaurant owner — how do I get involved?
