Official Rules

This promotion is sponsored and administered by Tucson Foodie LLC, 2825 W Ironwood Hill Dr, Tucson, AZ 85745 ("Sponsor"). Visit Tucson is a presenting marketing partner of the promotion and is not a sponsor or administrator; Visit Tucson has no responsibility for the administration of this promotion or the selection of winners.

Open to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The promotion runs in weekly periods beginning the week of May 18, 2026 and continuing for twelve (12) consecutive weekly periods. Each weekly period opens and closes on the dates shown on the campaign portal at summer.tucsonfoodie.com. Entries are attributed to the weekly period in which they are received based on Sponsor's server time (Arizona time).

(a) Receipt Method. During any weekly period, sign in at summer.tucsonfoodie.com, select the participating restaurant you visited, and upload a photo of an itemized receipt that legibly shows the restaurant name, the date of visit, and the transaction total. The date of visit must fall within the promotion period.

(b) No-Purchase (Alternate) Method. To enter without a purchase, send an email to info@tucsonfoodie.com containing a clear photo or image of a qualifying restaurant receipt or visit record, the name of the restaurant, and the date of the visit. One email constitutes one entry and is treated identically to one Receipt Method entry for all purposes, including the entry limit in Section 5.

Entrants may submit a maximum of three (3) entries per calendar day (Arizona time), across both entry methods combined. Entries beyond three per day will not be accepted or counted. Each qualifying entry for a given weekly period is eligible for that week's drawing.

A qualifying restaurant is a locally owned Tucson-area food or beverage establishment that reasonably fits the published theme for that weekly period. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entry's restaurant qualifies for the applicable weekly theme.

For each weekly period, Sponsor will select between three (3) and five (5) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. Drawings occur after each weekly period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on Tucson Foodie's channels on or about the Monday following the weekly period and notified by email within three (3) business days of selection. An entrant may win no more than once per weekly period but may win in more than one weekly period over the course of the promotion.

Each weekly period awards prizes as described on the campaign portal for that period. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each individual prize ranges from $50 to $300, and the aggregate ARV of prizes per weekly period ranges from approximately $150 to $1,500, depending on the prizes confirmed for that period. Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, to violate these rules, or to involve a receipt or record that is illegible, altered, duplicated, or not genuine. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned.

By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor and Visit Tucson and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with Tucson Foodie's privacy practices and used to administer the promotion.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
